Stir well before serving.<\/em><\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-35\">I am using a <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">disposable 11\u00d713 foil pan<\/a> for easy clean-up, but you could also try this recipe out in a <a rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">cast-iron dutch oven<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-35\">This reheats well the next day using the microwave (in case there is leftover queso). If you store it in a covered container in the fridge, it should last a few days.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-35\">If you don\u2019t want it to be spicy, it\u2019s fine to omit jalape\u00f1os and use ground beef with taco seasoning instead of spicy chorizo.
